What we collect
- Contact form: your email address and whatever you write in the three fields (your workflow, what you've tried, rough company size), plus the page you sent it from and your browser's user-agent string.
- Email: if you write to hello@medellis.com, we have what you sent — like any email.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts today. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare for the fit call, and write your point-of-view memo. That's it. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database (hosted on Supabase); the database is write-only from the public site — submissions can't be read back through the browser. Email lives in our mail provider. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads.
Client work
Engagement data is governed by the NDA and agreement for that engagement — those terms take precedence over this page. Our habits come from healthcare: minimum necessary data, access boundaries, audit trails.
Your choices
Want what you sent us corrected or deleted? Email hello@medellis.com and it's done within a few business days. Prefer not to use the form at all? Plain email works exactly as well.
